What methods of payment do you accept?
For your complete security we recommend payment by credit card, (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) alternatively you can pay by Western Union Money Transfer or directly to our bank account. In cases when we send a reprentative to contact you, it would be more convenient to pay through him/her, provided a proper invoice is conducted.

How much will the website cost each year?
Our design plan includes everything free for the first year. After that you only pay for the domain name (currently $14.95/year) and web hosting (currently $50/year).

Who owns the completed Web site?
Once the final payment is received, you will receive 100% ownership of your Web site.

How long will it take for you to design my website?
Your website will be completed within 7 days for the Tiny Business Plan ($175-dollar Package), 7-10 days for the Basic Pack. On your part, you will need to make sure you are available during the design process to give us feedback about how the design is looking, and answer our questions about the content or layout. As part of our service policy we will always give you an expected completion date.

What design tools and languages do you use?
For graphic design we use Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Fireworks and for web page design Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. Our pages are normally designed in HTML with some JavaScript and CSS, we have experience of PERL, CGI, XML, PHP, MySQL, DHTML, Cold Fusion, we can also design pages and graphics using Macromedia Flash. If you require a Content Management System, we recommened Drupal, which we can also setup fo you.

Are there any hidden costs or contracts?
No hidden costs or contracts, our packages are fully inclusive for the first year. If later you want to stop using your site or take it to another host, you can do at anytime. Please take note that one year after the completion of the project, that is, everything is running and you signify your satisfaction, you will only need to pay the yearly domain name registration renewal and the yearly hosting.

How many words and pictures do you allow me per page?
As a guide, each page is allowed up to 200 words and 4 pictures, a little more, we won't worry. But we need to tell you this because some people in the past have expected us to design a page with thousands of words, 50+ pictures for the basic fee. If you need more we can do it, all at our usual low prices.

Would you prepare the text for the entire site?
No, we do not. You should furnish us with the text as well as the images needed for each of the pages.
